Group Dining at Wildflower Café

Wildflower Café welcomes group gatherings, celebrations, luncheons, and afternoon tea experiences. Our options vary by day and group size, and all group reservations are reviewed based on availability and service capacity.

Weekday Group Dining

• Our private Boardroom is available Monday–Friday for larger groups

• Accommodates up to approximately 40 guests

• Available for lunch and afternoon tea gatherings

• Guests may order from our regular menu, tea service, or a combination of both

Saturday Group Dining

• Saturdays are served in our main dining room only

• We generally accommodate groups of up to 6 guests

• Seating is fixed and cannot be rearranged

• We are unable to accommodate larger organized gatherings or private events on Saturdays

Good to Know

• Afternoon tea service begins at 2:00 PM

• Group reservations of 5 or more require a minimum food and beverage purchase of $20 per guest.

• Group reservations are generally allotted a 90-minute dining period

• Larger tea orders and specialty dietary requests may require advance notice or a deposit

• We operate as a full-service restaurant and do not offer buffet/self-service catering or custom event menus

• All group reservations are subject to availability and service capacity
